For 20 years I have been implementing end-to-end process-integration initiatives in marketing, pre/post-sales, r&d, quality, hr and advanced industrialization. For Industry 4.0 and 5.0, it needs seamless and focused technological solutions with pragmatism and step-by-step adoption.
